Coaching forms a key element of our leadership programme. We match consultant to our clients' personal and development needs.
Our live coaching offer means senior consultants work closely with clients at work observing and coaching. Development needs are accurately assessed.
This technique is an alternative to the development centre for fewer numbers. Our consultants act as mentors to individuals in many sectors voluntarily to increase learning between participants. We develop mentor skills in both the private and public sector. Project Coaching
We offer coaching by our PMI qualified consultants who have managed major projects. We work with Programme and Project Managers to support successful delivery.
