We've measured functional impact by the extent to which:
- People work better together across different functions.
- People know each other better and are more able to solve problems.
- Projects are completed on time to budget.
- Customer Service improves.
A consistent focus in our work is building confidence, competence and cross functional teams.
Feedback from participants and senior management time and time again confirms this works.
